A well-established and growing regional law firm is currently seeking an experienced Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer to join its expanding property team. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking to appoint a property lawyer who can manage a varied caseload across both residential conveyancing and commercial property matters. The role offers a diverse mix of work and the opportunity to collaborate with a large, multi-disciplinary property team.
This position will involve a combination of:
- Acting for property investors and developers nationwide (essential)
- Handling commercial property transactions
- Managing a selection of straightforward residential conveyancing matters
