Residential Property Solicitor/ Conveyancer
TSR Legal is working with a law firm in Coventry looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join its property team.
This role would suit a Residential Property Solicitor looking for a hands-on position where they can take ownership of their caseload, maintain regular contact with clients and help transactions progress smoothly. The firm is looking for someone with a practical approach, strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage files throughout the property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential property transactions.
- Advising clients on the legal aspects of buying and selling property.
- Reviewing contracts, searches, enquiries and supporting documentation.
- Liaising with clients and third parties to keep transactions moving forward.
- Identifying potential issues and working towards practical solutions.
- Coordinating exchanges and completions.
