A new opportunity has arisen for a talented Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate to join a dynamic and client-focused Residential Property team based in Bath. TSR Legal is proud to be working with a highly regarded regional law firm, seeking a residential property specialist to handle a varied caseload of conveyancing matters and contribute to the continued growth of this successful team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own caseload efficiently, handling a range of residential property transactions with confidence and accuracy.
- Deliver clear, commercially focused legal advice and maintain a consistently high level of client service.
- Take direct instructions from clients, building strong, lasting relationships and delivering on expectations.
- Work closely with partners and colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for clients.
- Accurately scope and price work, with support and supervision as needed.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and help grow the team's profile in the region.
- Build and nurture a strong network of clients, contacts, and referrers through effective relationship management.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and actively participate in pitches and networking events.
- Maintain accurate time recording, WIP monitoring, and billing practices.
- Work towards individual and team KPIs aligned with the department's strategic goals.
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEx with relevant residential property experience.
- Previous experience within a reputable residential property team.
- Strong client care and project management skills with an ability to prioritise effectively.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a busy caseload.
- Keen interest in business development and growing your professional profile.
