Key Responsibilities:

Manage a caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion
-
Handle a broad range of transactions including sales, purchases, new builds, remortgages and transfers of equity (both freehold and leasehold)

Proactively communicate with clients, partners and other conveyancers to ensure smooth progress
-
Accurately maintain the firms bespoke case management system
-
Deal with complex legal issues while ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal policies

Work to KPIs that prioritise outstanding customer service and satisfaction
-
Contribute to team development by sharing knowledge, coaching and mentoring colleagues
About You:
-
Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive with 1+ years PQE in residential conveyancing, OR experienced Conveyancer with 5+ years experience running your own files

Strong background in managing a varied residential caseload with minimal supervision

Confident communicator with excellent client care skills

Comfortable working with digital technology and modern case management systems

Demonstrated commitment to professional development (e.g. AML/CPD training)

Ambitious, proactive and motivated to grow within a forward-thinking environment
