Residential Property Lawyer – Top 100Location: ReadingTSR Legal are proud to be working in partnership with a leading national law firm who are seeking an experienced and client-focused Residential Property Lawyer to join their dynamic Thames Valley team based in Reading.The Role This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious lawyer to join a highly regarded Residential Property team, recognised for providing first-class, tailored legal advice on a full range of non-contentious residential property matters.You will handle a varied and interesting caseload including:Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold propertiesRe-mortgages and transfers of equityVoluntary first registrationsLease extensions and related mattersThe team pride themselves on their collaborative approach β€” sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and maintaining the highest standards of client care.Flexible and hybrid working is available, though the successful candidate will be expected to be in the Reading office at least three days per week to meet the needs of clients and the wider team.Key Responsibilities Advise on a broad range of residential property transactionsSupervise and support junior team membersDeliver exceptional levels of client service and communicationContribute positively to a proactive and confident team environmentMaintain and develop technical knowledge, sharing expertise with colleaguesActively engage in business development and cross-referral opportunitiesAbout You We\’re looking for a confident, knowledgeable lawyer who enjoys both technical detail and strong client relationships.
