TSR Legal are working with a well-respected regional law firm that is known for its technical excellence, strong client relationships, and inclusive working culture. This top-tier firm is now seeking a Residential Property Associate (2-5 PQE) to join their thriving team in Bristol.

The Role
As a Residential Property Associate, you will manage your own caseload of varied conveyancing matters, supporting clients ranging from first-time buyers to property investors. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling a broad range of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, and more complex matters)
- Advising clients on legal risks, timescales, and outcomes
- Quoting and scoping fees for new and existing clients
- Supporting junior team members with guidance and supervision
- Participating in networking events and marketing initiatives to grow the department's profile
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business to ensure seamless client service
- Contributing to financial management and meeting KPIs
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
- 2-5 years PQE as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Solid experience running your own residential property caseload from instruction to completion
- Exceptional client care and communication skills
- A proactive, team-oriented approach
- Experience with case management systems
- An interest in business development and mentoring junior colleagues
- (Experience with plot sales is desirable but not essential.)
