TSR Legal are proud to be working with a well-established and client-focused law firm based in Cardiff, who are now looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (2β3 years PQE) to join their expanding property department. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor, legal executive, or experienced conveyancer looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and progressive firm.
About the Role:
You will manage your own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completion, handling a wide range of matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, new build, and transfer of equity cases. The role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a reputable team that values both technical ability and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish

Drafting contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documentation

Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficiently

Carrying out and reviewing title checks, searches, and reports on title

Ensuring SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications are dealt with promptly

Maintaining accurate file management and compliance with regulatory standards

Supporting junior team members as needed and contributing to the development of the department
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

2β3 yearsβ PQE as a conveyancer, solicitor, or legal executive handling their own caseload

Solid technical knowledge of the conveyancing process
