Are you highly organised, detail-driven, and passionate about property law? TSR Legal is currently recruiting for a proactive Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join a busy conveyancing team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity to support solicitors and fee earners in helping clients move into their dream homes smoothly and stress-free. In this role, you will be involved in all stages of the conveyancing process — from liaising with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders, to preparing legal documents, managing Land Registry applications, and ensuring cases progress efficiently. Accuracy, organisation, and excellent communication skills will be key to your success.

- Previous experience in residential conveyancing, ideally in a similar role
