With continued growth and an expanding client and introducer base, the firm is now seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join its thriving team. The Role
This position would suit a confident and technically strong conveyancer who thrives in a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering a premium service. You will manage a varied and often complex caseload of residential property matters while supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters with autonomy and confidence.
- Maintaining exceptional client and introducer relationships, ensuring high levels of communication and service delivery.
- Supervising, coaching, and supporting junior team members.
- Contributing to the continued success of the business through quality work, operational efficiency, and collaborative working.
Experience Required
To be considered for this role, you will bring:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing files.
- Solid technical knowledge across:
- Sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Leasehold transactions & lease extensions
- Transfers of Equity
- New build work
- SDLT requirements, including reliefs and exemptions
- Unregistered properties
- Addressing restrictions, cautions, and title complexities
The firm is looking for someone who is:
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong time‑management skills
- Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
- Calm under pressure and solutions‑driven
- Able to inspire and support colleagues
