This is a great opportunity for someone looking to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision, in a role that offers stability, autonomy, and excellent benefits.The Role:The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion. This includes:Freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesRemortgages and transfers of equityRight to buy and shared ownership schemesLease extensionsYou\’ll be responsible for progressing matters in a timely and cost-effective manner, while maintaining excellent client care and communication throughout the process.Key Responsibilities:Running a full conveyancing caseload with minimal supervisionLiaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholdersBuilding and maintaining professional relationshipsMeeting agreed fee income targetsManaging your own workload and ensuring quality and productivity standards are metAbout You:To be considered for this role, you should have:A qualification as a Solicitor, CILEx, or Licensed Conveyancer – or equivalent experience managing your own conveyancing caseloadA strong background in residential conveyancing with recent, hands-on experienceSolid understanding of client case management systems and fee earningExcellent organisational skills and a process-driven mindsetA commercial outlook and appreciation for business targetsA commitment to providing outstanding client serviceConfidence using IT systems, including web-based case management toolsProfessional communication skills, both in person and over the phoneWhat\’s in it for you:Competitive salary based on experiencePension schemeHealth cash plan to support workplace wellbeingGenerous annual leave – up to 33 days including Christmas shutdownEmployee referral bonusA genuinely friendly and collaborative working environmentThis role would suit someone looking for long-term progression and a firm where their contribution is valued.
