TSR Legal are working in partnership with a well-established, forward-thinking law firm in Swansea that is looking to expand its residential property team with the addition of an experienced Residential Conveyancer. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled conveyancer with experience in panel work to join a supportive team handling a steady pipeline of work from trusted referrers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion, including freehold, leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership.
  • Handling cases primarily from panel referrals, ensuring service level agreements and compliance requirements are met.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to progress files efficiently.
  • Conducting title checks, raising and reviewing enquiries, and preparing reports to clients.
  • Maintaining accurate records on the case management system and ensuring files are kept up to date.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner.
  • Proven experience in managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
  • Familiarity with panel work and dealing with high-volume caseloads efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent client service.
