Residential Conveyancer – High Street Law Firm | Chepstow
TSR Legl are pleased to be working with a well-established high street law firm in Chepstow that is seeking a skilled Conveyancer to join their expanding team.This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Conveyancer to take on a varied caseload, including more complex residential transactions. In addition to handling standard residential property matters, you will also gain exposure to more niche areas such as agricultural transactions, lease extensions, and high-value property matters.
You’ll be joining a supportive and collaborative team, where you’ll have the opportunity to develop your expertise and work closely with senior professionals in the field. The firm prides itself on providing a high-quality service to its clients, maintaining a strong reputation in the local market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse residential caseload from instruction to completion
- Handling more complex transactions, including agricultural work and lease extensions
