TSR Legal are pleased to be working on behalf of a well-established local law firm who are looking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancer (3+ years PQE) to join their small, close-knit team. This opportunity will particularly appeal to conveyancers who enjoy hands-on, quality-driven work and are keen to move away from panel-led or high-volume environments.
The Role
You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload independently, dealing with approximately 20 new instructions per month. The work is entirely local, with no panel involvement and no volume conveyancing. Matters will typically include:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- General residential property matters
The emphasis is very much on client care, accuracy, and relationships, rather than throughput.
