Real Estate Solicitor — Location: Bristol. Salary: Up to £70,000 (DOE). Working Arrangement: Hybrid (initial on-site expectation).
This is an opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded real estate team within a firm known for the quality of its work and long-term investment in its people. Based in Bristol, the team advises a broad mix of commercial clients, developers, investors, and landowners, offering exposure to genuinely varied and high-quality real estate matters.
The role is suited to a Real Estate Solicitor between 1-4 PQE who is looking for breadth, responsibility, and the chance to develop across the full spectrum of real estate work rather than being pigeonholed early in their career.
You will be involved in:
Responsibilities
- Handling a broad real estate caseload covering commercial property, landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, development matters, and secured lending.
- Advising a wide range of clients including SMEs, developers, investors, and corporate occupiers.
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing key property documentation including leases, agreements for lease, transfers, and option agreements.
- Managing transactions with a high level of autonomy appropriate to your PQE, with senior support readily available.
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the real estate practice.
What You’ll Need
- Be a qualified Real Estate / Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-4 years’ PQE.
- Have experience across a broad range of real estate matters or a strong desire to work on varied instructions.
- Demonstrate excellent technical ability, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Be confident managing client relationships and running files with increasing independence.
- Have a proactive and collaborative approach to working within a team.
