Real Estate Finance Solicitor – 1+ PQE
TSR Legal are currently supporting a highly regarded Top 200 law firm who are looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to their growing Commercial Property department.
As a Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will play a key role as part of the national team, working on large-scale, multi-disciplinary residential portfolio transactions for registered providers, institutions, local authorities, and investors.
The role will involve:
- Acting as a point of contact with clients, agents, and stakeholders, including representing the team at project management meetings.
- Collaborating with colleagues on transactional matters, drafting tailored contractual provisions, and addressing conditionality arising from due diligence.
- Preparing client reports and advisory emails, highlighting due diligence findings and proposing practical solutions.
- Assisting with project management, task allocation, and supervising junior team members.
- Manage transactions from start to finish, maintaining direct client contact.
- Work closely with colleagues across the national portfolio, banking, and finance teams to coordinate transactions.
- Review and analyse due diligence materials, including title information and search results.
- Oversee project delivery through delegation and supervision, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, including participation in business development and marketing initiatives.
- Adhere to the firm’s competency framework and compliance standards, including Lexcel requirements.
- Contribute to training and knowledge-sharing across the firm and department.
