TSR Legal currently have an excellent opportunity for a Real Estate Development Solicitor to join a leading law firm in its Cardiff office, working as part of a highly regarded and growing Real Estate team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a strong commercial property background who is looking to develop their career within a market-leading development practice.

The Role

You will advise a broad range of clients on complex and high-value real estate development projects, acting for developers, investors, landowners, housebuilders and institutional clients. Your work will include:

  • Commercial development schemes
  • Site acquisitions and disposals
  • Development agreements and conditional contracts
  • Options and promotion agreements
  • Strategic land and site assembly
  • Joint ventures and development partnerships
  • Real estate due diligence
  • Overages and promotion arrangements
  • Infrastructure and estate management matters

Working closely with planning, construction, environmental and corporate specialists. You will have the opportunity to work on high-value development projects across Wales and the wider UK, advising sophisticated clients on some of the most interesting real estate matters in the market.

About You

We are keen to hear from Real Estate Solicitors with:

  • 2+ years' PQE in commercial property/development
  • Strong experience in real estate development transactions
  • Excellent technical and commercial skills
  • Experience acting for developers, landowners, investors or housebuilders
  • The ability to manage transactions independently while working effectively within a wider team
  • A genuine interest in developing a long-term career within a specialist development practice
