TSR Legal are proud to be working with a highly regarded high street law firm in Cheltenham, who are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their friendly and established Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated property professional to manage a varied residential caseload while also having the opportunity to gain exposure to light commercial and more complex transactions. The firm has a strong reputation for providing an exceptional personal service and has built long-standing relationships within the local community. You’ll be joining a supportive, close-knit team where collaboration is encouraged and your contribution is genuinely valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a full range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Advising clients on all aspects of freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progress throughout.
  • Handling more complex matters such as new build, lease extensions, and shared ownership (training can be provided).
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining excellent client care standards.
  • Supporting business development and helping maintain the firm’s strong local presence.

About You:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a background in residential property.
  • Proven experience managing your own caseload independently.
  • Strong client care and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.
  • A proactive, professional, and team‑oriented approach.
  • Experience with commercial or agricultural property work would be beneficial but is not essential.
