TSR Legal are proud to be working with a highly regarded high street law firm in Cheltenham, who are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor to join their friendly and established Conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated property professional to manage a varied residential caseload while also having the opportunity to gain exposure to light commercial and more complex transactions. The firm has a strong reputation for providing an exceptional personal service and has built long-standing relationships within the local community. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Advising clients on all aspects of freehold, leasehold, sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth progress throughout.
- Handling more complex matters such as new build, lease extensions, and shared ownership (training can be provided).
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining excellent client care standards.
- Supporting business development and helping maintain the firm’s strong local presence.
About You:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a background in residential property.
- Proven experience managing your own caseload independently.
- Strong client care and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple transactions effectively.
- A proactive, professional, and team‑oriented approach.
- Experience with commercial or agricultural property work would be beneficial but is not essential.
