The Opportunity

TSR Legal is working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in the South West that is looking to expand its residential property team across its Newton Abbot offices. The firm operates across multiple locations throughout the region and offers a broad range of legal services to both private and business clients. It is known for its strong local presence, collaborative culture, and commitment to delivering high-quality legal advice. This opportunity would suit a Property Lawyer or Conveyancer seeking flexibility, career stability, and the chance to work within a supportive and well-resourced property department.

The Role

You will manage a residential property caseload from instruction through to completion, including (but not limited to):

  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold transactions
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity

You will work as part of an experienced property team with appropriate administrative and technical support in place.

About You

You will be one of the following:

  • Qualified Solicitor
  • Chartered Legal Executive
  • Licensed Conveyancer
  • Experienced Conveyancing Practitioner

And you will have:

  • At least 2 years' PQE (or equivalent experience) in residential property
  • The ability to manage files independently
  • Strong client care and communication skills
  • A practical, organised, and team-focused approach
