Property Conveyancer / Senior Fee-Earning Paralegal (NQ – 3 PQE) Location: Flexible / Hybrid Working Available Position: Full-Time TSR Legal are pleased to be representing a forward-thinking and growing law firm who are seeking an experienced property professional to join its successful and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior fee-earning paralegal, junior lawyer or conveyancer to develop their expertise within a high-quality property practice. The Opportunity Our client has built a strong reputation within the property sector and, due to continued growth, is looking to appoint an experienced property professional to support its expanding team. You will handle a quality caseload of property matters, with experience in residential or commercial property welcomed. Previous Buy-to-Let experience would be advantageous but is not essential, making this a great opportunity for someone with a broader property background who is interested in developing their experience further. This is an ideal position for someone looking to move away from high-volume, low-margin work and instead focus on quality-driven transactions within a supportive and well-structured team. The Candidate We are keen to speak with individuals who are looking to develop their career within property law. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in residential or commercial property/conveyancing Experience at NQ to 3 years' PQE, or equivalent experience Senior fee-earning paralegals with strong property experience are also encouraged to apply Experience handling a range of property matters, including sales and purchases Buy-to-Let experience is desirable but not essential Candidates qualified through SRA, CILEX or CLC will be considered Strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage a caseload effectively Excellent communication and client care skills Good organisational skills and attention to detail A proactive and team-oriented approach The Firm This is a modern and progressive firm with a strong focus on quality of work, client relationships, and employee development.
