The Role
As a Private Client Partner, you’ll lead and grow an already well-established and profitable practice. You’ll have the opportunity to shape the strategic direction of the department, manage high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth client relationships, and play a key role in mentoring talented lawyers.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Private Client team, fostering excellence and collaboration.
- Manage and expand a high-quality caseload, including wills, trusts, tax, and estate planning for HNW and UHNW clients.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, maintaining the highest standards of service.
- Contribute to firmwide strategy, growth initiatives, and cross-departmental collaboration.
- Play a key role in business development, networking, and profile-raising activities.
