TSR Legal is working with a well-established and highly regarded South Wales law firm with multiple offices across the region.
We are looking for a friendly and professional Legal Receptionist / Office Support Assistant to join their team in central Port Talbot.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive firm with an excellent reputation and a diverse range of legal services, including Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Wills & Probate, Court of Protection, Inheritance & Wealth Disputes and Landlord & Tenant.
The Role
This is a varied, client-facing role combining reception and general office support. Responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
- Answering and directing telephone calls.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post and correspondence.
- Providing general administrative support to the office and wider legal teams.
- Assisting with meeting room bookings and general office organisation.
- Supporting fee earners and colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Liaising with clients and colleagues across the firm.
- Ensuring the reception area and front-of-house service are maintained to a high standard.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is
- Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with clients.
- Professional with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Organised and able to manage a varied workload.
- Comfortable working as part of a close-knit and supportive team.
- Previous legal reception or legal administration experience would be beneficial, but we are open to candidates with strong professional / financial services administration and customer-facing backgrounds.
