An excellent opportunity has arisen for a talented Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer to join a well established and growing team, with a presence in both Cambridge and Norwich. This is a chance to be part of a highly regarded practice with a strong reputation for delivering commercially focused advice across a broad range of matters. The team is sizeable and experienced, advising insolvency practitioners, lenders, companies, directors and creditors on a mix of restructuring, non contentious and contentious matters. The focus is on supporting business recovery where possible and maximising returns for creditors.
The Role
You will play a key role within the team, advising on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters, including both corporate and personal insolvency and restructuring assignments. You will contribute to maintaining high standards of client service, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the continued growth of the practice. The role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives and acting as an ambassador for the firm both internally and externally. You will be encouraged to develop your profile through activities such as networking, publishing and speaking engagements.
About You
You will have at least 2 years’ PQE with experience in restructuring and insolvency and be looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive and ambitious team. You will also demonstrate:

- Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem solving
- The ability to build lasting client relationships
- A collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills

This role will involve working across both the Cambridge and Norwich offices, so flexibility to travel between locations is required.
