TSR Legal is working with an established national law firm looking to strengthen its Personal Injury department with the appointment of an additional Solicitor.

About the Role
You will join an experienced Personal Injury team, managing a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate Track claims from instruction through to settlement or litigation.
The position offers exposure to a range of injury claims, providing the opportunity to develop your technical knowledge and case management skills while receiving support on more complex matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of Fast Track and Intermediate Track Personal Injury claims.
- Investigating liability, assessing quantum and advising clients on prospects of success.
- Preparing witness statements, reviewing medical evidence and instructing appropriate experts.
- Negotiating settlements and progressing litigated matters in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and maintaining high standards of client care.
About You
Applications are encouraged from qualified Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience handling Personal Injury matters, particularly Fast Track and Intermediate Track claims.
You will demonstrate strong case management skills, a sound understanding of litigation procedures and the ability to manage your workload effectively.
