An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Injury Lawyer to join a well-established and growing litigation team. The department covers a broad spectrum of civil litigation, and the successful candidate will handle a varied caseload of personal injury and clinical negligence matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing MOJ Portal and Fast Track claims independently.
- Handling Intermediate Track cases with minimal supervision.
- Assisting on complex Multi-Track claims, including cases involving serious, life-changing injuries.
- Contributing to marketing and business development efforts, including networking and identifying new workstreams.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or CILEX with around 3-5 years PQE in personal injury/clinical negligence.
- Have the ability to manage a busy caseload effectively and independently.
- Ideally bring additional experience in other litigation areas and/or have a client following or strong business development experience (though not essential).
- Be able to work in the office for most of the week, with hybrid working potentially available post-probation (minimum 24 hours per week).
