About the Role

A new opportunity has arisen for a Family Solicitor with NQ level experience and upwards to join a growing team. The firm is a long-standing regional practice with a strong reputation across the South West, known for its collaborative culture, high-quality client base and investment in junior talent. You will have the opportunity to take ownership of your caseload and play a key role in the department’s continued growth.

The role will involve:

  • Handling a varied caseload of family matters including divorce, financial remedies and private children work
  • Advising clients on sensitive and complex family law issues
  • Managing relationships with clients in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Drafting and reviewing key legal documents
  • Supporting business development initiatives and networking opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor at NQ level upwards with experience in Family Law
