You will be joining a close-knit commercial property team working directly alongside an experienced senior solicitor, providing excellent mentorship and hands-on development from day one.
The role will involve:
- Handling a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord and tenant work
- Supporting senior solicitors on more complex transactions
- Advising a broad client base including local businesses, landowners, and investors
- Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Be a Newly Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial property during your training contract
