TSR Legal is delighted to be working with a highly regarded and growing law firm in Bristol that is looking to recruit a skilled Senior Residential Conveyancer to join its established Second-Hand Homes team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Residential Conveyancer seeking a senior role within a supportive and successful property department. The position offers the chance to manage a high-quality caseload while working alongside an experienced team of residential property specialists.
The Role
You will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, focusing primarily on second-hand home transactions. The successful candidate will be expected to manage files independently from instruction through to completion, delivering an exceptional client experience throughout.
About You
- Be a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC), or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
- Have a minimum of 5 years' residential conveyancing experience
- Demonstrate a strong track record of managing a busy caseload independently
- Have a proven history of consistently achieving billing targets, ideally generating fees at a minimum of three times salary value
- Possess excellent client care and relationship management skills
- Be a collaborative team player with strong technical knowledge of residential property transactions
