The role
- Advise a broad range of major clients on complex real estate matters connected with data centre developments and other technology-led infrastructure projects.
- Your work is likely to include:
- Acquisition and disposal of land for data centre developments
- Development agreements, options and conditional contracts
- Site assembly and strategic land matters
- Real estate due diligence
- Leases, easements, wayleaves and infrastructure arrangements
- Title and development issues
- Working alongside planning, construction, energy and corporate specialists
- Advising institutional investors, developers, operators and other key stakeholders
You will have the opportunity to work on high-value, high-profile projects, gaining exposure to some of the most sophisticated real estate work in the market.
About you
- 2+ years' PQE in commercial real estate
- Strong experience across acquisitions, disposals and development work
- An interest in data centres, technology infrastructure or the wider energy/infrastructure sector
