The firm is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor 2-3 PQE to manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters from inception through to conclusion. Working closely with an experienced head of department and supported by a modern case management system, you will have the autonomy to run your own files while benefiting from guidance and mentorship within a supportive team environment. The department is intentionally structured to remain close knit and collaborative, bringing together professionals at different stages of their careers who share knowledge, support one another and work collectively to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a caseload of personal injury claims, including Small Claims, Fast Track and MOJ matters
  • Reviewing medical evidence, assessing quantum, valuing claims and providing clear and practical advice to clients
  • Progressing claims efficiently and proactively from instruction through to settlement or litigation
  • Contributing towards departmental objectives and revenue targets while maintaining high standards of client service

Requirements

  • Previous experience handling and litigating personal injury claims
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • Confidence working within service level agreements and managing tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and high quality work
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
