TSR Legal have a rare and exciting opportunity for a Senior Corporate Associate or Partner to join a well established and highly regarded law firm in Cardiff as part of the firm’s plans to expand its Corporate offering. The firm is led by a small group of highly respected senior partners and has built a strong reputation across South Wales for delivering high quality legal advice to businesses, entrepreneurs and private clients. As part of its continued growth strategy, the firm is now seeking an experienced corporate lawyer to play a key role in developing and strengthening the corporate practice.

The Role- Joining a partner led firm with a clear strategy to grow its corporate and commercial offering.
- Advising a broad client base including owner managed businesses, entrepreneurs, investors and regional corporates.
- Working on a varied range of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructures and general corporate advisory work.
- Playing a key role in business development and helping to further grow the firm’s corporate presence across Cardiff and South Wales.
- Working closely with the leadership team and contributing to the strategic development of the department.
- An experienced corporate lawyer with strong expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, investments, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructuring.
- Commercially minded with a clear understanding of clients’ business objectives and the ability to provide practical and tailored advice.
