I’m currently working with a highly regarded, tech-enabled conveyancing firm that is continuing to grow its fully remote property team. The Role
Following a structured onboarding and training programme, you’ll manage your own caseload of residential property matters, tailored to your level of experience. This will include a mix of freehold, leasehold, new build, and shared ownership transactions. You’ll be supported by a well-established wider team and benefit from modern systems designed to streamline the conveyancing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completion
- Handling a range of residential transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, and new builds
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents, and third parties
- Ensuring files progress efficiently in line with service level expectations
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ conveyancing experience managing your own caseload
- Strong technical knowledge across residential property
