A new opportunity has arisen for an NQ Family Solicitor to join a progressive and highly regarded Family team in Bristol. The firm offers one of the most flexible working arrangements on the market, with solicitors typically attending the office no more than two days per week. The role will involve:

  • Handling a varied caseload of private family matters, with the level of responsibility tailored to your experience.
  • Advising clients on divorce, separation, financial remedies and private children matters.
  • Managing sensitive client relationships with care, professionalism and empathy.
  • Drafting and reviewing applications, statements, consent orders and other relevant documents.
  • Working closely with experienced solicitors on more complex matters.
  • Supporting the wider growth of the department through networking and business development where appropriate.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or due to qualify, with experience gained within family law.
