The firm offers one of the most flexible working arrangements on the market, with solicitors typically attending the office no more than two days per week. The role will involve:
- Handling a varied caseload of private family matters, with the level of responsibility tailored to your experience.
- Advising clients on divorce, separation, financial remedies and private children matters.
- Managing sensitive client relationships with care, professionalism and empathy.
- Drafting and reviewing applications, statements, consent orders and other relevant documents.
- Working closely with experienced solicitors on more complex matters.
- Supporting the wider growth of the department through networking and business development where appropriate.
