The Role

  • As Conveyancing Team Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a team of Property Lawyers, ensuring excellent service delivery and high performance across the board.
  • You will play a pivotal role in managing team performance, developing legal talent, and embedding a positive, inclusive team culture.
  • This is a hands-on leadership position, ideal for someone with both deep conveyancing knowledge and a genuine passion for people development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Property Lawyers to deliver high-quality, efficient conveyancing services.
