TSR Legal are pleased to be working with a highly successful commercial law firm on the appointment of a Senior Associate or Legal Director to join its national Construction and Commercial Disputes team in Central Cardiff. The Role

Working closely with respected partners and senior lawyers, you will advise on a varied caseload of construction and commercial disputes for clients operating across sectors including development, infrastructure, energy, real estate and the wider commercial market. The role will involve managing complex litigation, adjudications, arbitrations and dispute resolution matters, while also supporting business development activities and helping to nurture the next generation of talent within the team. Applications are welcomed from experienced Construction Disputes or Commercial Litigation Solicitors operating at Senior Associate level, as well as those already working as a Legal Director. You will possess:
