The Role
- You will manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring a high standard of client care and technical expertise throughout.
- You’ll work closely with colleagues across the wider property department and benefit from a contemporary working environment with up-to-date systems and streamlined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a full residential conveyancing caseload including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Managing files from initial instruction to post-completion.
- Providing clear, timely advice to clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties.
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Conducting title checks, raising enquiries and reporting on property matters.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements.
- Working effectively with support staff and contributing to a positive team culture.
About You
- At least 2+ years experience as a Residential Conveyancer (Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner).
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
- Highly organised, proactive and detail-driven.
- Enjoy working in an office-based, collaborative environment.
- Comfortable using modern case management systems.
