The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, including:

  • Liaising directly with clients, lenders, estate agents, and third parties
  • Ensuring transactions progress smoothly, efficiently, and with excellent client care

You will have the autonomy to run your own files while being fully supported by experienced paralegals and administrative staff where appropriate.
