TSR Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading private practice in Somerset who are seeking a Solicitor to join their growing Wills and Probate department.
The Role
- A fee earning position whilst progressing caseloads through to completion
- Caseloads include Wills, Probate, Trusts, Estates and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- To work with the Head of Department with clients across Somerset
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor with 3 plus PQE / Fee Earner with experience
- Has previously worked in a law firm in progressing private client matters
- A strong technical understanding of current legislation
- A good team player with ambition to progress their legal career
