TSR Legal is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established law firm with deep rural roots, as they seek a Partner to join their highly regarded Lifetime Planning & Agriculture team.
As a key member of the team, you will advise a broad client base of high-net-worth individuals, landed estates, and farming businesses on:
Agricultural property transactions (sales, purchases, tenancies, and rights over land)
Estate and succession planning
Trusts, wills, and inheritance tax advice
Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies and Farm Business Tenancies
Asset protection and rural business structuring
This is a visible and rewarding role offering significant client contact, suited to a Solicitor with a passion for the rural sector and long-term client relationships.
About You
We would like to hear from Lawyers with:
A minimum of 10 years’ PQE in private client, agricultural, or rural property law
A solid understanding of rural land and farming businesses
Act as a key point of contact for high-net-worth individuals, landowners, and business clients
Strong interpersonal and client care skills
Supervise the drafting and negotiation of legal documents and correspondence
Sound commercial awareness and a collaborative mindset
Lead and manage high-value, complex matters
A down-to-earth and professional approach that resonates with a rural client base
