TSR Legal are working with a well-established full service firm with offices in Cheltenham who are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Associate
Responsibilities
- Managing and running a full caseload.
- Dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, to include: Freehold/Leasehold sales and purchases; Transfers of Equity; re-mortgages; new builds; buy to let.
- Communicating with clients to receive instructions and give advice.
Requirements
- Preferably 7plus years PQE
- Be able to handle their own caseload without supervision
- Have a strong technical proficiency
- Be committed to high levels of client care and communication
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Oversee complex matters / supervise junior staff
- Be a strong team player
