TSR Legal is working in partnership with a Legal 500 Top 100 commercial law firm that is seeking to appoint a Property Solicitor to join its award winning Private Property Team, based in Reading. This highly regarded team specialises in advising landed estate clients, including UK and overseas private individuals, trusts, charities and corporate entities. The work involves high value transactions relating to whole estates, country houses, farms, equestrian properties and other residential property.
The successful candidate will manage a substantial and varied caseload, providing high quality legal advice, drafting contracts accurately and logically, and supporting partners with marketing and business development initiatives. You will also play a key role in the day to day management of clients’ landed estates, acting as the main point of contact between the client and the firm.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with three or more years’ PQE, confident in managing a varied caseload, with excellent organisational and time management skills. You will be able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and demonstrate a flexible approach, with a willingness to go the extra mile.
