Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Fully Remote)
Salary: £44,000 – £58,000 DOE + Bonus
Location: 100% Remote

This is a brand new opportunity for a Senior Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join the business on a fully remote basis. This firm is genuinely transforming the conveyancing space – combining strong leadership, smart use of technology, and a collaborative team culture.
They are looking for an experienced lawyer who is confident, commercially aware, and highly competent in handling complex residential matters, particularly Building Safety Act (BSA) work.
Essential Requirement- Have strong, recent experience handling Building Safety Act (BSA) matters
- Be fully comfortable managing a caseload of BSA sales and purchase files independently
This is non‑negotiable. The caseload will include a significant volume of BSA‑related transactions, and prior hands‑on experience in this area is essential.
The Role- Manage a caseload including a high proportion of BSA sales and purchases
- Handle matters from instruction through to completion with full autonomy
- Work closely with and deputise for the Team Leader when required
- Provide cover on other caseloads where necessary
- Manage exchange of contracts and completions efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies
- Maintain accurate case management records using a digital CMS
- Deliver excellent client service in line with KPIs
- Support, mentor and provide technical guidance to junior team members
- Participate in file reviews and audits
- Minimum 4+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong experience handling Building Safety Act matters on both sales and purchases
- Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions
- Confident managing remortgages, transfers of equity and new build matters
- Comfortable working in a tech‑driven, remote environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Recent CPD including enhanced AML training
- Salary £54k – £60k DOE plus Performance‑related bonus scheme
