The Property team advises on the full scope of residential and commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases and residential property matters. The team acts on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, consisting of small owner managed businesses, private and public bodies and property developers. The team prides itself on its in-depth knowledge of the local and regional property market.
