This is a great role in Central Bristol for a Property Development Solicitor / Associate to support the Partner and team in commercial, residential and public sector development work.

The Role

•Undertaking fee-earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the work of the department.

•Dealing with your own case load but also working as part of a team on major projects

•Assisting in management of key clients and major development project work.

•Contributing to team performance and participate in team goals and plans.

The Person:

•Appropriate experience gained in Property/development

•Experience in a development role

•Strong technical skills

•Ability to produce high quality work

•Aptitude for intellectually demanding work

•Ambition, drive and with a real interest in Business Development

•Able to work hard and deliver inspiring results

•Ability to work to deadlines with good time management skills
