I am currently working with aTop 100 Firmin theCity of Cardiffwho are looking for an ambitious Lawyer to join them as aPartner and Head of the Commercial Department.
Responsibilities
- Commercial contracts and terms / partnerships
- Company share and asset sales and acquisitions
- Shareholder agreements and articles
- Commercial lending and security
- Joint venture and MBOs and more
Requirements
- Full time with flexible hybrid working to suit needs
- You will have a strong record of developing and maintaining client relationships
- Report to the national head.
- Collaborate with other partners for the development of the firm.
