Your Role
You will advise a varied client base on a broad range of corporate real estate matters.
You will have the opportunity to work on acquisitions and disposals, property investment, development projects, landlord and tenant matters and the real estate aspects of corporate transactions.
You will advise clients on complex and high value transactions, providing commercially focused and technically excellent advice.
You will work closely with partners and colleagues across the wider real estate and corporate teams, contributing to significant client relationships and cross office projects.
You will develop and maintain strong client relationships while playing an active role in the continued growth of the Cardiff team.
You will also have the opportunity to support and develop more junior members of the team, contributing to a positive and collaborative working environment.
