TSR Legal have a rare opportunity for a 3+ PQE Solicitor to join a superb regional firm in their search to recruit a Solicitor / Associate into its Commercial Property team in Taunton offering flexible Hybrid working.
The Commercial Property team advises on the full scope of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, planning matters and agricultural property matters. The team acts on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, consisting of small owner managed businesses, private and public bodies and property developers.
The team prides itself on its in-depth knowledge of both the regional and national property market. Applications are welcomed from 3 plus PQE Solicitors with commercial property knowledge and a strong commercial approach to their work.
