As a Commercial Litigation Lawyer, you will work closely with the existing Partners and other senior lawyers and handle a range of high-profile and cutting-edge clients in various sectors. You will be a Commercial Litigation solicitor with 5 plus years PQE.
Working as part of a team, you will handle complex commercial litigation including:
- Contractual disputes
- Corporate/shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence
- Fraud
- Insurance
- Financial services/banking disputes
The successful candidate is likely to come from a national law firm. This role will suit a lawyer with five or more years PQE, but this is a guide and does not preclude those with more or slightly less applying for the role.
