The firm is small and based in Bridgend and is seeking a childcare solicitor with 2+ years PQE in childcare work to join its expanding team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of childcare matters from instruction through to completion, with support from the team as required.
- Provide client-focused advice and representation in childcare proceedings.
- Prepare timely, accurate documentation and correspondence; maintain file notes and comply with firm’s standards.
- Contribute to business development and growth of the childcare team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years PQE in childcare law (or equivalent experience).
