We are seeking highly experienced 10+ PQE solicitors with a strong background in Banking and Finance to join their growing team. This firm boasts an exceptional reputation within the banking and finance sector, regularly handling the most intellectually stimulating and high-profile work. Their banking team is trusted by top-tier clients, including clearing banks, international lenders, mezzanine lenders, real estate funds, and prominent corporate borrowers.
What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Lead: Provide expert advice on a broad range of banking and finance matters, such as syndicated lending, acquisition finance, asset finance, project finance, and debt restructuring.
- Transaction Leadership: Lead and oversee complex financial transactions, from structuring and negotiation to execution and closing, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and best practices.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and assess legal risks in banking transactions, offering innovative solutions that protect clients’ interests and enhance their commercial objectives.
- Client Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, contributing to the firm’s continued success and growth.
- Mentoring: Guide and supervise junior members of the team, fostering a collaborative environment that nurtures professional development.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 10+ years PQE in Banking and Finance law, gained at a leading regional or national firm.
- A proven track record of managing complex financial transactions and client relationships.
