Associate / Senior Associate- Social Housing Development
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Associate / Senior Associate to join a highly regarded national law firm as part of its growing Social Housing Development team in Central Cardiff.

The team advises housing associations, registered providers and public sector organisations on a wide range of development and regeneration projects. Working alongside specialists from across the firm, you will support clients through the full lifecycle of their development programmes, providing seamless and commercially focused advice.
Your work will include land acquisitions, site assembly, regeneration schemes, strategic land agreements, joint ventures, conditional contracts, stock rationalisation projects and development disposals. You will work closely with colleagues across planning, construction, finance, employment and housing management to deliver joined up solutions for clients.
The successful candidate will have strong experience advising on social housing development matters and a proven ability to manage complex transactions while building trusted client relationships. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and be keen to play a key role in the continued growth of the Cardiff office.
